Suspended Chords

Suspended chords are played by playing the major chord and moving the 3rd note up to the 4th or down to the 2nd.  So for C major you play C E and G, then for C suspended you play C, F and G to get the Csus4 chord and play C, D and G to get the Csus2 chord.
